In Loving Memory of Debra Ann (Lord) Connor
May 15, 1958 – April 17, 2026

Debra Ann (Lord) Connor was born and raised in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, and she spent her life doing what she did best—loving people fiercely and helping wherever she could. She was a devoted mother to five children (Tina, Tammy, Michelle, Crystal, and Jeff), and to many more she lovingly “adopted” along the way. She was a cherished Meme to 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, and her family was truly the center of her world.

Debra had the biggest heart and the kind of compassion you don’t forget. As a CNA and homecare worker, she cared for others with patience, humor, and deep empathy. She was also a thoughtful baker—especially for her bedbound and cancer patients—making “special” treats to bring comfort and a little sweetness on the hardest days.

She loved harder, laughed louder, and lived life fuller than most. She used to say, “No good deed goes unpunished,” but she never let that stop her. She taught her family to love unconditionally, show up for people, and help whenever you can.

This charity was started in 2024 after Debra was placed on hospice and given just two weeks to live—Crystal wanted her to be part of it. In true Debbie fashion, she stayed with us for another year and a half, because no one tells Debbie what she’s going to do. During that time, she helped collect medical supplies, made friends everywhere she went, and lived to the fullest—enjoying a Bahamas cruise, a trip to Old Orchard Beach, and plenty of tea parties, while welcoming new family additions and soaking up every moment with the people she loved.

Debra will be tremendously missed, and her legacy of care, generosity, and love will live on through this work.
